This incredible and very rare vintage Mambo fabric is called Sunflowers and was designed by artist Bruce Goold.
The bright, flame-like sunflowers were inspired by Van Gogh's painting and was hand screen printed in the late 80s or early 90s. His recognisable style of the bold black line originates from using lino cuts in his work.
This fabric has been made into a shoulder bag, with a soft olive-green leather for the back. The adjustable webbing strap can be unclipped. The lining is vintage floral Chintz, with a leather pocket
