Where do we deliver to?

We are an Australian based company, however we are happy to ship our product worldwide.

How long will it take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 2-4 days business days. Orders placed on weekend will take 2-4 business days to be posted following the weekend.

We use Australia Post for our delivery service approximate delivery days are below.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@designedbykate.com.au.

For Australian Orders please allow up to 7 working days after your order has been shipped before querying your parcel.

For overseas order allow up to 21 working days after your order has been shipped before querying your parcel.

What about Currency Duties and Taxes?

What if my item is unavailable?

We make every effort to keep the site up to date, but in the rare occasion that an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you immediately via email to discuss availability date, arrange an alternative item or a full refund.
