Where do we deliver to?

We are an Australian based company, however we are happy to ship our product worldwide.

How long will it take to arrive?

Regular orders are processed within 5-7 days business days. However for the more unique made to order items (indicated on the individual item) we will try to get the to you as soon possible, but it may take up to 14 days depending on our backlog. 

We use Australia Post for our delivery service approximate delivery days are below.

For Australian Orders please allow up to 7 working days after your order has been shipped before querying your parcel.

For overseas order allow up to 21 working days after your order has been shipped before querying your parcel.

What about Currency Duties and Taxes?

What if my item is unavailable?

We make every effort to keep the site up to date, but in the rare occasion that an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you immediately via email to discuss availability date, arrange an alternative item or a full refund.
