Neon Butterfly Moquette Large Carpet Bag

Keeping true to my style of using rare and amazing materials, I've made a large Carpet Bag from genuine vintage transport moquette from the 80s! 

It's a fantastic butterfly design with the most vibrant neon spots against a blue background; it's so soft and velvety with 80% wool content and it would have been woven on a loom.

This unused fabric would have been seen on buses or trains across Europe.  I found one image of this used on buses in the Pilippines.

Carefully stitched into tan leather, with a leather panel underneath, it's made to last and to throw things in for all the 'essential' shopping and travel you do at the moment!

Lined with durable City of Sydney Film Festival banner and handy leather pocket 

Adorned with a metal YKK zipper
