Vintage Rare Hens Mambo Bucket Bag

This really is as rare as hen's teeth!

I acquired this amazing and very rare hand screen printed Rare Hens or vomiting Hens  Mambo fabric from someone who had kept it in a cupboard for 30 years!

It was designed by Reg Mombassa.

I love the blue and green colours of it, they're muted tones and work so well together.  It's quite different to another Rare Hens I had last year.

The size of the print makes a great bucket bag, lovingly and carefully made stitched into a leather back and lined with vintage cotton.

Own and enjoy something that is so unique - this could possibly be the last piece of this print left.
