Summer's Day Vintage Tapestry Shoulder Bag

A wonderful vintage tapestry has been rescued and given a new life!

This vintage tapestry of a scene of riding horses past a cottage has been carefully sewn into repurposed leather, and with a black leather panel underneath giving it a great shape, and showing off the beautiful handwork.

The man and horses have more intricate smaller stitching, the trees and cottage around in larger tapestry stitches.  

There is so much work in it and it's been repurposed into a functional and beautiful bag.

The back is an amazing burnt orange leather.  The hand cut leather strap can clip onto the solid brass rings.

All my bags are handmade with care to last and are wearable pieces of art.

Adorned with a golden YKK metal zip and inner pocket
